Dear Ladies and gentlemen,

As of July 1st this year, production and sales of Bothner Gearboxes will be transferred to Steinlen Elektromaschinenbau in Burgwedel, Germany.

We have decided that the future of Bothner Gearboxes will be transferred to this strong partner with experience in constructing and servicing gearboxes. We are sure we found a suitable partner in Steinlen Elektromaschinenbau Gmbh. Apart from the fact that Steinlen guarantees continuity it also extends that the service of Bothner Gearboxes with electric AC-motors, DC-motors and actuators. This adds to the services and production of Bothner Gearboxes.
We, Dutch Clutch, will support Steinlen for the next few years.
